When I was a kid, I read every dinosaur book in the library. For a while I thought I was going to be a paleontologist. That's where this whole "touch a dinosaur bone" thing comes from, when I was making the list I wanted to make sure some childhood dreams got taken care of too. Luckily, one of the museums in Austin has a dino bone for kids (and adults) to touch. That being said, it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. Happy I did it and it's pretty cool to be able to say you touched a dinosaur bone, but it didn't bring back any childhood nostalgia.
